The 4th Session of the Plumbing Design Workshop 2023 hosted by NAMPAP Davao Chapter was awarded by PRC-CPDAS with 8 CPD points. The event, which was composed of a technical lecture and a hands-on workshop, was held last May 13, 2023 (Saturday), from 8:00am to 2:00pm at Aulson’s Cafe, Davao City.

NAMPAP Davao Chapter President RMP James Ray Magdadaro– the event resource speaker– facilitated 29 attendees on the topic of Building Water Distribution Systems Design. The workshop focused on the in-depth analysis and critical steps in providing water supply to buildings, touching even up to high-rise projects. By the end of the workshop, the participants received their Certificates of Attendance with the approved CPD units.

BOMP Hon. Jaime Jajay E. Cruz attended the event via Zoom and also gave his message, commending the Davao Chapter for the initiative of this Workshop Series as uplifting the profession. He prompted the RMPs to keep in mind that the profession is important in and responsible for the Life Safety of the people being served.

The 4th Session of the Plumbing Design Workshop is one part of a 12 workshop-series hosted by the Davao Chapter. This is also the first session of the series that has successfully applied and been awarded with CPD points. The succeeding workshops Sessions 5 to 12 are currently on application for awarding of CPD points, and the schedule for these workshops will be updated accordingly, all to be held within the year 2023.
